- Protection of labor, social, and economic rights of employees;
- Development of social partnership. Collective bargaining contract;
- Supervision on the observance of labor relations and occupational safety laws;
- Work with young specialists;
- Work with veterans;
- Arrangement of labor union training;
- Information activities;
- Arrangement and conduct of contests and competitions;
- Arrangement of employees’ leisure time;
- Arrangement of sports competitions and health improvement events for employees; and
- Provision of medical treatment for employees at health resorts.
